Rev. Dr. David Colby (but please feel free to call him Dave) serves as the Transitional General Presbyter for Winnebago Presbytery. In that role, he supports the pastors and congregations of northeast Wisconsin. He is a graduate of Macalester College and McCormick Theological Seminary and received his Doctor of Ministry degree from Columbia Theological Seminary with his thesis, “Gen X Goes to Church”
