Your Pastor Nominating Committee (PNC) has been busy since being approved at the Congregational meeting on January 29th.

The first step in the process was completing the Ministry Information Form (MIF) which
describes our church’s vision for ministry and mission. The Congregational Mission Study
Report was instrumental in the development of the MIF. After approval by Session and the
Presbytery Commission on Ministry, the MIF went “live” on the PCUSA’s Church Leadership Connection website on March 9.

The PNC is currently in the process of evaluating an initial list of potential candidates. If
anyone knows of a potential candidate, please share that information with any member of
the PNC or encourage the candidate to contact Kim Braatz at the church office.
The PNC asks for the prayers of the Congregation as we continue this journey of discovery
and discernment.
