Richard Moore retired as pastor of the First Presbyterian Church in Neenah, having served that congregation for 27 years. A graduate of Princeton Theological Seminary, he has previously served churches in Baltimore, Maryland; Cedar Grove, New Jersey; and Benton Harbor Michigan.
